Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications aligned with established architecture standards.
- Build and enhance React-based user interfaces and cloud-native backend services supporting enterprise Copilot and AI-enabled platforms.
- Contribute to system and component design with emphasis on scalability, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Ensure software quality through automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement secure coding, automated deployments, and infrastructure as code through DevSecOps practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and team improvement activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Advanced English proficiency sufficient to lead meetings, negotiate, argue, and conduct training sessions.
- Experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise software solutions.
- Hands-on experience with frontend or backend development, including React or another modern JavaScript framework and Node.js and/or Java.
- Working knowledge of modern application architectures and experience with at least one relational or NoSQL database technology.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms, with AWS preferred.
- Familiarity with automated testing practices and CI/CD concepts.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and secure code and collaborate effectively with a team.
- Availability to work hybrid three times per week in Indaiatuba/SP.
- Agile development experience, containerization exposure, AI-assisted development or Copilot-style experience, mentoring, pair programming, code reviews, or contributions to shared components and internal tools are advantageous.
