Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications.
- Build and enhance React-based user interfaces and cloud-native backend services.
- Contribute to system and component design with emphasis on scalability, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Apply automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, secure coding, automated deployments, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and team improvement activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Advanced English proficiency sufficient to lead meetings, negotiate, conduct training, and communicate complex ideas.
- Experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise software solutions.
- Hands-on frontend or backend development experience, including React or another modern JavaScript framework and Node.js and/or Java.
- Working knowledge of application architectures and experience with at least one relational or NoSQL database technology.
- Exposure to cloud platforms, with AWS preferred and Azure or GCP acceptable.
- Familiarity with automated testing and CI/CD practices, plus the ability to write clean, maintainable, and secure code.
- Experience in agile or iterative development, containerization concepts such as Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS, mentoring, pair programming, code reviews, or shared components and internal tools is advantageous.
- Interest in or basic exposure to AI-assisted development tools or Copilot-style experiences is advantageous.
