Responsibilities
- Architect large language models that process and generate natural language.
- Design neural network parameters and train models using large quantities of unlabeled text data.
- Train and fine-tune large-scale language models.
- Preprocess text data and analyze model performance metrics.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with and manage the team, provide cross-team solutions, and mentor junior professionals.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Large Language Models.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models.
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures and their applications in natural language processing.
- Experience training and fine-tuning large-scale language models.
- Familiarity with text-data preprocessing techniques.
- Ability to analyze and interpret model performance metrics.
- 15 years of full-time education.
