Base Salary
$200k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build, enhance, and manage internal systems including directory services and AI tools across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Promote sound engineering practices across the Enterprise Technology organization.
- Develop monitoring solutions to maintain high system uptime and reliability.
- Use observability and issue-detection tools to proactively identify and resolve problems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering or related disciplines.
- Proficiency with Python.
- Experience managing and monitoring containerized infrastructure.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD.
- Expert experience with infrastructure as code and configuration management tools such as Terraform, SaltStack, Chef, Puppet, or Ansible.
- Experience building and operating services on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Prior experience working within an IT organization is a plus.
- Prior experience leading a technical team is preferred.
