Responsibilities
- Design and build interfaces for configuring agents, reviewing work, approving or correcting actions, and understanding outcomes.
- Build observability and evaluation tooling to measure agent behavior, failures, successes, and the impact of changes.
- Develop features across React, TypeScript, service code, and data models through build, testing, launch, and iteration.
- Partner with business teams to translate ambiguous operational needs into working software.
- Own monitoring, post-launch improvement, and the full lifecycle of delivered work.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong frontend skills with React and TypeScript, including complex application state and data-dense interfaces.
- Solid backend engineering ability and willingness to learn Go, PHP, Python, or another language.
- Working knowledge of relational and non-relational data stores such as Postgres and DynamoDB.
- Strong product judgment, including deciding what to build and what to omit.
- Interest in uncertainty, partial failure, and designing systems that support human correction.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, close knowledge gaps, and deliver in an evolving environment.
