Senior AI Engineer
Bluefish AIResponsibilities
- Lead the development, training, and fine-tuning of large language models and LLM-driven solutions for complex NLP tasks.
- Design and refine scalable production architecture for LLM-based systems.
- Evaluate and improve model accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
- Address data quality, bias mitigation, and model interpretability challenges.
- Conduct AI and NLP experiments, prototype new ideas, and track advances in the field.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, designers, and other cross-functional partners to shape solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and promote collaboration and innovation.
- Assess and integrate emerging technologies and best practices for LLM solutions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar technology role with practical experience deploying LLMs in real-world scenarios.
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of machine learning and natural language processing.
- Extensive experience training and deploying machine learning models, particularly in NLP and LLM applications.
- Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks and tools.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Proven record of driving innovation in AI and NLP projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
