Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and production support of Guidewire solutions.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across one or more Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications, including PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter.
- Translate policy, claims, billing, and related insurance requirements into scalable technical solutions with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Lead incident management, technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, defect correction, release validation, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, quality, and performance standards.
Requirements
- Experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite solutions and one or more of PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter is required by the stated responsibilities.
- Ability to provide hands-on technical leadership across design, development, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Ability to collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to implement insurance operations requirements.
