Responsibilities
- Analyze and solve software engineering problems using scientific methods.
- Develop, maintain, optimize, and apply software engineering practices and solutions.
- Apply software design and software development principles across research, design, development, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with software engineers and stakeholders to achieve team goals.
- Organize work and deliver accurate, reliable results with minimal supervision.
- Supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers when required.
- Make informed decisions based on the situation and contribute positively to project performance.
Requirements
- More than one year of relevant work experience.
- Solid understanding of programming concepts, software design, and software development principles.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage a range of tasks and problems.
- Ability to organize time and deliver work over a mid-term horizon.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and exercise original thought and judgment.
