Responsibilities
- Own ecosystem growth experiments to optimize developer onboarding and product adoption
- Track emerging AI and blockchain technologies, including autonomous agents, AI orchestration, and decentralized compute
- Build proof-of-concepts using emerging frameworks and tools
- Rapidly prototype and validate new AI-and-blockchain integration patterns
- Create reference implementations demonstrating use of Ritual’s infrastructure
- Build technical partnership demos highlighting unique integration possibilities
- Develop sample applications and tutorials for partners and developers
- Understand developer ecosystem needs and emerging use cases
- Create technical content and resources educating developers about Ritual’s capabilities
Requirements
- Strong engineering foundation with expertise in TypeScript and/or Python
- Ability to rapidly prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Deep understanding of the AI and blockchain ecosystem and emerging frameworks
- Experience building with autonomous agent frameworks and AI orchestration tools
- Hands-on experience with Solidity and EVM smart contract development
- Proficiency with Ethers, Viem, Foundry, and related web3 development tools and libraries
- Strong product intuition and ability to identify compelling use cases
- Experience building and shipping user-facing products with demonstrable impact
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively across teams
- Nice-to-have experience in developer relations or developer advocacy
- Nice-to-have contributions to or maintenance of open-source projects
- Nice-to-have experience with Terraform or CloudFormation
- Understanding of distributed systems and blockchain architecture is advantageous
- Previous web3 company experience is advantageous
- Experience with data analysis and experimentation frameworks is advantageous
- History of successful technical content creation is advantageous
