Responsibilities
- Drive and own ecosystem growth experiments to optimize developer onboarding and product adoption.
- Track and understand emerging technologies at the intersection of AI and blockchain.
- Build proof-of-concepts that demonstrate Ritual's capabilities using the latest frameworks.
- Rapidly prototype and validate new integration patterns as novel technologies emerge.
- Create reference implementations for developers to leverage Ritual's infrastructure.
- Drive technical partnerships by building demos that highlight integration possibilities.
- Develop sample applications and tutorials for partners.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the developer ecosystem's needs.
- Create technical content to educate developers about Ritual's capabilities.
Requirements
- Strong engineering foundation with expertise in TypeScript and/or Python.
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype and validate new technologies.
- Deep understanding of the AI and blockchain ecosystem and emerging frameworks.
- Experience with autonomous agent frameworks and AI orchestration tools.
- Hands-on experience with Solidity and EVM smart contract development.
- Proficiency with web3 development tools and libraries.
- Strong product intuition and ability to identify compelling use cases.
- Experience building and shipping user-facing products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating across teams.
- Passion for staying current with technology trends.
- Ability to act quickly under high pressure and context switch frequently.
- High level of end-to-end ownership and self-direction.
