Responsibilities
- Conduct R&D on web-page understanding and its applications to credential protection, password management, identity-provider, and threat-detection products.
- Collect data, train models, formulate hypotheses, run experiments, and analyze results.
- Deploy, evaluate, and continuously improve AI-powered features and agentic systems in production.
- Build and improve LLM-based applications, retrieval-augmented generation systems, tool-using agents, and workflow automation.
- Maintain and improve data-collection tools, databases, model-training pipelines, and integrations with the Dashlane web extension.
- Collaborate with Machine Learning Engineers, Software Engineers, product managers, and designers.
- Promote AI-assisted engineering practices and share knowledge across the engineering organization.
Requirements
- Master’s or Engineer degree in Machine Learning, AI, or Computer Science.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in a product-led company, including at least 2 years of R&D experience.
- Practical experience building Machine Learning-based applications and handling large amounts of data.
- Experience with Python, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
- Scientific mindset and technical rigor.
- Fluency in AI-assisted engineering and English.
- Interest in JavaScript, web technologies, and embedding Machine Learning in web applications is a plus.
- Experience integrating foundation models, LLM-powered features, retrieval-augmented generation, or AI agents into production is a plus.
- Experience with Machine Learning cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is a plus.
- Interest in data privacy and online security is a plus.
