Responsibilities
- Partner with client stakeholders to understand industry challenges, customer journeys, and technology ecosystems.
- Translate business needs into use cases, technical requirements, and value-driven solution opportunities.
- Build prototypes, MVPs, applications, APIs, AI agents, and workflow automation solutions.
- Apply software, automation, data, generative AI, and AI-assisted engineering tools to improve customer and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary design, architecture, data, and platform teams to move successful concepts into production.
- Share reusable industry solutions and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering digital Customer Experience initiatives across digital and assisted channels.
- Deep expertise in at least one complex industry, preferably Energy & Utilities, Public Sector, Manufacturing, or Automotive.
- Solid software engineering experience with application development, APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, and modern engineering practices.
- Practical experience with generative AI, AI agents, LLMs, and AI-assisted development tools.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and consulting skills with the ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders.
- Professional working proficiency in English and Dutch.
- Experience with AI platforms, CRM/CX technologies, solution architecture, workshops, technical pre-sales, or relevant AI, cloud, Customer Experience, or industry certifications is considered a plus.
