Responsibilities

Refine strategic requirements into actionable user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
Create and execute manual and automated tests, including test environments, installations, upgrades, and configuration.
Develop and perform unit, integration, end-to-end, and performance testing.
Drive test automation strategy across API, UI, system, and integration layers.
Act as a technical authority for automated testing and guide test architecture and best practices across teams.
Maintain and execute performance, scalability, and stress testing.
Collaborate with support, development, security, and product teams while promoting security and compliance practices.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and coach and mentor team members.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field.
8–12 years of experience in software development or software testing.
French proficiency at A1 advanced level and English proficiency at C1 advanced level.
Working experience with test automation, performance testing, databases, and test tools.
Advanced knowledge of at least one modern operating system and strong proficiency in one or more programming or scripting languages.
Practical experience with relevant testing frameworks, databases, programming languages, JavaScript frameworks, CI tools, cloud technologies, operating systems, observability tools, identity and access management, and data platforms.
Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies, services, architecture, and container orchestration.
Familiarity with networks, databases, servers, communications, information security, and Agile frameworks such as SAFe or Scrum.
Strong project management, self-direction, communication, technical leadership, coaching, mentoring, object-oriented design, and debugging skills.
