Responsibilities
- Rotate across engineering squads to tackle high-impact projects.
- Ship production code in multiple languages and stacks.
- Design and implement features end-to-end, including API design and deployment.
- Debug and optimize distributed systems with high uptime requirements.
- Mentor engineers across teams and improve code quality.
- Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to identify project needs.
- Push code to production multiple times a day in a CI/CD environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least two of Elixir, Python, Java, Go, or Scala.
- Experience building and operating distributed systems at scale.
- Comfortable with multi-cloud Kubernetes deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid database experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Ability to quickly ramp up on unfamiliar codebases.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
- Experience with AI tooling for development productivity is a plus.
