Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated tests across frontend and backend components.
- Perform manual testing across multiple environments and analyze test results.
- Design, create, and manage test cases in Zephyr and link them to Jira tickets.
- Investigate problems, document defects clearly, and collaborate with developers and QA teams to resolve issues.
- Contribute to testing practices, automation frameworks, and software quality improvements.
- Collaborate with development teams to coordinate and resolve technical issues.
- Design, code, and test new software features while applying software development life cycle and design-pattern knowledge.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and work within Scrum-based teams.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a university degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Available to work full-time, 35 hours per week, from January through April 2027.
- Must be an active student during the internship and/or returning to school in Summer or Fall 2027.
- Knowledge or experience with the listed testing, development, automation, and version-control technologies is required or preferred as specified in the posting.
- Strong communication, adaptability, teamwork, logical reasoning, problem-solving, self-motivation, and learning ability.
- Candidates located in Quebec must be bilingual because they regularly interact with English-speaking colleagues across Canada.
