Responsibilities
- Analyze system requirements, concept of operations documents, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to develop evaluation and test plans and procedures.
- Prepare for and conduct test data collection and analysis and report test status and results.
- Support development of government Test & Evaluation documentation, including T&E strategies, master plans, event test plans, test readiness assessments, and T&E reports.
- Coordinate with other test organizations, T&E working groups, and integrated test teams to support program integration.
- Design, develop, and implement test scripts, test plans, test cases, and test processes.
- Perform manual, UI, API, regression, integration, accessibility, selector, and visual testing across multiple environments.
- Identify test data, manage project artifacts, define future test strategies, and determine appropriate project methodologies and practices.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance with an active polygraph are required.
- Eight years of Test Engineer experience on programs of similar scope, type, and complexity are required.
- At least two years within the last five years must be directly related to the applied-for position.
- A bachelor’s degree in mathematics, science, engineering, statistics, engineering management, or a related field is required, or four additional years of Test Engineer experience may substitute for the degree.
- Experience developing evaluation and test plans, procedures, test scripts, test cases, test processes, and government T&E documentation is required.
- Experience supporting T&E program integration and working with other test organizations is required.
- Desired qualifications include experience with TestNG, Selenium, Cypress, Java, JavaScript, SQL, MongoDB, JSON, Page Object Model, REST Assured, Git, Linux, Putty, Visual Studio Code, Eclipse, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Experience with manual and automated testing, UI testing, API automation, regression and integration testing, accessibility testing, and testing across classified and unclassified environments is preferred.
