Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, configure, and customize KION Group’s ServiceNow platform.
- Translate business and technical requirements into design elements and platform solutions.
- Drive ServiceNow development in alignment with the platform architect, roadmap, governance, and related processes.
- Provide technical support and serve as a point of contact for ServiceNow-related questions.
- Design and develop use cases in close cooperation with business stakeholders.
- Provide training on new ServiceNow features and increase platform awareness across KION Group.
- Collaborate with application developers to support streamlined data management and integration behavior.
- Develop and support integrations with data warehouses, SSO components, SAP, and other enterprise platforms.
- Lead projects and teams in a global setup and manage stakeholder expectations.
Requirements
- Approximately 5–8 years of IT or ITSM tool experience, including more than 5 years as a ServiceNow developer.
- Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions across IT services and Customer Service Management.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations across enterprise platforms and middleware.
- Experience leading projects and teams in a global environment.
- Ability to recommend and advocate solutions to business stakeholders and manage expectations.
- At least two ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications.
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect certification is advantageous.
- Working experience with ITIL and Agile project methodology.
- Fluent written and spoken English; German is a plus.
- Experience with non-IT ServiceNow products, such as finance-related solutions, is advantageous.
