Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Build scalable mobile solutions for Android, iOS, and Zebra handheld devices.
- Create reusable UI components, workflow-driven experiences, and enterprise mobile frameworks.
- Implement offline-first functionality using SQLite, synchronization services, caching, and conflict resolution.
- Integrate applications with REST APIs, Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365 Field Service, Transportation Management Systems, and other enterprise platforms.
- Develop secure authentication and authorization using Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and Single Sign-On.
- Apply MVVM and Clean Architecture principles.
- Create and support automated testing frameworks and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
- Monitor application performance and participate in production support.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to implement technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience developing mobile applications with Flutter and Dart.
- Strong experience building and supporting enterprise-grade Android applications.
- Experience with offline-first mobile architectures, synchronization frameworks, RESTful APIs, cloud services, Microsoft Azure, and Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of MVVM, Clean Architecture, mobile design patterns, OAuth, OIDC, SSO, and mobile security practices.
- Experience with Git, automated testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Preferred experience with Zebra ruggedized devices, Dynamics 365 Field Service, enterprise mobility management, large-scale enterprise mobile deployments, telemetry, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of logistics, transportation, supply chain, warehouse management, or field operations is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
