Responsibilities
- Manage the availability, security, and performance of OSS, automation, and monitoring systems for fixed, mobile, and interconnect voice networks.
- Act as the contact point for incidents, changes, and technical questions concerning OSS, automation, and monitoring systems.
- Analyze and resolve disruptions, monitor Voice platform performance and security, and implement improvements in the operational environment.
- Participate in infrastructure and platform transitions, innovative projects, container technology adoption, and automation using CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with colleagues, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure service continuity and quality.
- Contribute to process optimization, knowledge sessions, technical projects, and the professionalization of service delivery.
Requirements
- HBO or WO education in a technical field.
- Affinity with fixed and mobile telephony networks and telecom services.
- Knowledge of platform management, operating systems, security, and quality assurance.
- Experience with or interest in incident management and technical problem-solving.
- Affinity with 5G/6G, AI, automation, IoT, and data analysis.
- Ability to optimize, improve, and establish business processes.
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, and residence in the Netherlands.
- Curiosity about new technologies, willingness to learn, flexibility, ownership, and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

- Gross monthly salary of €4,055 to €5,984 based on experience, for 40 hours per week, excluding 8% holiday allowance.
