Responsibilities
- Configure Veeva software platforms to meet customer business needs.
- Help customers test new features and changes before broader release.
- Own customer requests by defining work, estimating timelines, and tracking deliverables through completion.
- Advise customers on effective use and ongoing optimization of Veeva technology.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to solve complex business problems.
- Participate in the Consultant Development Program’s onboarding, learning, and development activities.
Requirements
- Recent bachelor’s or master’s degree graduate in any field.
- No more than two years of postgraduate experience.
- Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong critical-thinking and analytical abilities with a record of academic performance.
- Curiosity and willingness to work hands-on with software and learn new technologies.
- Willingness to travel as needed up to 20–30% of the time.
- Legal authorization to work in the European Union; employment visa sponsorship is not provided.
