Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and configuration of software applications.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact and own the project’s technical direction.
- Collaborate with and manage teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.

- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements for application performance and scalability.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based application design and integration patterns.
- Experience designing scalable and secure enterprise solutions within Salesforce environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with data modeling, API management, and system interoperability.
- Skill in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance in multi-team settings.
- 15 years of full-time education.
