Responsibilities
- Design and code clean, maintainable, high-performance custom-built solutions using Java technologies and related frameworks.
- Follow defined methodologies and standards to produce high-quality software.
- Write and execute unit tests to verify application and technical-environment requirements.
- Collaborate with the team using Agile delivery principles.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of hands-on Java backend development experience or an educational background in a related field.
- Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring.
- Experience with SQL and database design.
- Understanding of design patterns, architectural blueprints, UML, and application design.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Active English language knowledge.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Preferred: experience with microservices, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Azure, API Gateway, workflow orchestration, serverless applications, Kubernetes, AKS, Docker, and German.
