Base Salary
$95k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build requirements and platform functionality that simplify the user experience for developers.
- Lead feature development from inception through design and deployment.
- Create and integrate cloud-native technologies and architectures.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, and test engineers to deliver solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain products running on Akamai’s IaaS platform.
Requirements
- Two years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Production experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies.
- Knowledge of Go and comfort using Python or Bash for scripting.
- Knowledge of Linux-based operating systems and basic security principles.
- Experience leveraging CI/CD tools for software development practices.
