Responsibilities
- Provide sales support through solution suggestions, demonstrations, and effort estimations.
- Contribute to CRM specification, design, implementation, and testing phases.
- Support customers during rollout, including delivering training.
- Work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Microsoft Power Platform on customer projects.
Requirements
- Have preferably basic programming skills in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, and Visual Studio.
- Have basic knowledge of relational database systems such as Microsoft SQL Server, or be motivated to learn.
- Experience with Azure is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of HTML, XML, JavaScript, TypeScript, or CSS is a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/Sales, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, AI, or other CRM providers is advantageous.
- Be fluent in French and able to work in English.
