Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions using platform best practices and technical standards.
- Assess current-state client processes, define future-state solutions, and align technical outcomes with business objectives.
- Provide technical leadership for large-scale implementations, integrations, enterprise transformation programs, and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks, guide technical governance, and ensure solution quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and coach consultants and technical team members while promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Communicate with technical and executive stakeholders and advise clients on ServiceNow transformation, adoption, and long-term solution success.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or an enterprise technology environment.
- Strong hands-on experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience leading large-scale technical programs, integrations, and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Industry domain expertise in ServiceNow workflow areas and related business processes.
- Experience using AI-powered tools, automation, or AI-driven insights to improve business outcomes, decision-making, and service delivery.
- Effective communication skills with technical and executive stakeholders.
- ServiceNow certifications aligned with relevant workflow areas.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% based on client and business requirements.
- Preferred: experience as a trusted advisor for enterprise ServiceNow transformations, driving platform adoption and change management, influencing technical strategy and governance, resolving complex technical challenges, and mentoring consultants.
