Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, roadmap, adoption, design, and implementation of IGA and PAM capabilities across DTCC.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable identity solutions that address regulatory, operational, cybersecurity, user experience, and control requirements.
- Define reference architectures, design standards, integration patterns, and best practices for identity governance, access controls, privileged access, and identity lifecycle processes.
- Evaluate technologies, vendor solutions, and architectural approaches, providing risk assessments and implementation recommendations.
- Participate in backlog refinement, iteration planning, solution design reviews, and technical governance activities.
- Drive compliance, audit readiness, and control effectiveness for identity services.
- Advise senior leaders on technical strategy, architecture decisions, implementation risks, and progress.
- Mentor engineers, architects, and technical leads and represent IGA and PAM in enterprise architecture and cross-functional programs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or equivalent experience.
- Ability to serve as a senior technical advisor and subject matter expert in IGA and PAM.
- Strong ability to communicate clearly, influence stakeholders, present persuasive recommendations, and guide organizational change.
- Experience partnering across business, security, engineering, architecture, infrastructure, risk, regulatory, and technology leadership groups.
