Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain critical backend components within the Blocks scope.
- Build scalable, maintainable, and reusable solutions for diverse use cases.
- Design systems that prioritize performance, reliability, and low maintenance overhead.
- Ensure backend components are reusable across the platform for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, and customer-facing teams.
- Apply best practices in coding, system architecture, and performance optimization.
Requirements
- Solid experience in backend software engineering and delivering production-ready systems.
- Experience designing object-oriented software with languages such as C#, Java, C++, Golang, Rust, Python, or Ruby.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
- Fluent English; French is not required.
- Willingness to learn and grow regardless of seniority.
