Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead complex frontend migrations to Next.js, including legacy application modernization.
- Conduct technical assessments and code audits to identify performance bottlenecks.
- Architect and implement high-performance Next.js applications for enterprise needs.
- Optimize Core Web Vitals and application performance using diagnostic tools.
- Build production AI solutions using Vercel's AI SDK and AI Cloud.
- Embed with strategic customers to develop production applications.
- Drive enablement and knowledge transfer through workshops and documentation.
- Navigate complex enterprise environments and build stakeholder relationships.
- Participate in pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with 2 years in a customer-facing role.
- Expert-level TypeScript skills with a focus on type safety and tooling.
- Deep expertise in Next.js with a track record of delivering complex applications.
- Experience leading frontend migrations and modernizing legacy applications.
- Mastery of React and its ecosystem, including advanced state management.
- Production experience with LLMs and AI applications, familiarity with Vercel's AI SDK preferred.
- High agency and comfort in ambiguity, thriving in problem-solving scenarios.
- Exceptional communication skills for technical discovery and relationship building.
- Business acumen to translate technical capabilities into ROI for customers.
- Willingness to travel 25-40% to customer sites for embedded work.
