Responsibilities
- Build and deploy VMware and/or Nutanix infrastructure platforms across Windows and Linux environments.
- Develop and implement Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using automation tools.
- Automate manual processes through scripting and pipelines.
- Perform infrastructure deployment, upgrades, scaling, and optimization activities.
- Support and build Kubernetes and container environments.
- Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to their resolution.
- Create and maintain runbooks, low-level designs, and handoff documentation.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on infrastructure or systems engineering experience.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Experience building and deploying production infrastructure environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and/or Ansible.
- Proficiency with PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Experience with VMware and/or Nutanix and Windows and/or Linux.
- Exposure to Kubernetes or container platforms.
- Ability to demonstrate personally built and deployed infrastructure, automated repetitive work with code or pipelines, and worked in code-driven environments using Git.
- Ability to clearly distinguish personal contributions from team-owned work.
- Kubernetes, storage, backup, disaster recovery, and reusable automation or Infrastructure-as-Code component experience are preferred.
