Responsibilities

Oversee the quality assurance team and all software and product testing activities.
Develop test strategies, release test plans, test documents, test suites, and testing priorities.
Define testing resources, dependencies, risks, and overall strategies for complex systems or applications.
Mentor and lead QA team members in QA best practices.
Create, modify, and maintain test cases for all aspects of testing.
Conduct functional testing to verify products meet user requirements and established guidelines.
Work with developers and other QA teams to ensure complete testing coverage.
Coordinate testing across different offices and teams and provide status reports to managers and product managers.
Review design specifications, analyze use cases, investigate issues, monitor logs, and troubleshoot problems.
Monitor, manage, and report bugs using bug-tracking tools.

Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
Experience testing REST APIs using Postman.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and TestRail.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, processes, and functional testing.
Strong knowledge of databases and content management systems.
Strong leadership, task and project ownership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to work with stakeholders, manage expectations, prioritize multiple products or tasks, and collaborate across teams.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
