Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and make decisions for the team and across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to complex problems and resolve integration issues.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate custom software components.
- Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement in productivity and software quality.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to meet delivery and quality standards.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- 15 years of full-time education are required.
- Experience with cloud-based integration platforms and middleware solutions.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Ability to implement scalable and high-performance integration solutions.
- Familiarity with API management, event-driven architectures, and microservices.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex integration issues.
