Responsibilities
- Analyze and triage AI-related requests, assess feasibility, and identify appropriate AI or agent-based solutions.
- Design and develop AI agents and copilots using modern agent frameworks.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise business systems using APIs, event-driven architectures, and MCP.
- Build and orchestrate multi-step agent workflows involving memory, planning, and tool usage.
- Deploy, test, and monitor AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry and related Azure AI services.
- Support adoption through reusable components, documentation, architecture patterns, and best practices.
- Translate stakeholder business use cases into scalable AI implementations.
- Participate in proofs of concept, pilots, and production rollouts while aligning with enterprise architecture, security, and responsible AI practices.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in software development, AI/ML, or automation engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and AI/ML tooling.
- Experience building AI agents, copilots, or LLM-based applications.
- Experience integrating applications using APIs, microservices, and MCP.
- Exposure to Azure AI Foundry or similar cloud AI platforms.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, and agent architectures.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- Preferred: Experience with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Preferred: Experience deploying solutions using Azure AI Foundry pipelines and integrating AI into ERP or CRM systems.
- Preferred: Exposure to AI observability, evaluation, monitoring, security, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks.
