Responsibilities
- Develop custom ServiceNow applications using modern web technologies.
- Configure out-of-the-box and custom workflows, application fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles, and access controls.
- Integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party systems through APIs.
- Participate in internal and customer meetings to identify ServiceNow use cases.
- Rapidly prototype solutions to demonstrate ServiceNow capabilities to clients.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Demonstrated professional experience in test automation and quality assurance.
- Proficiency with automated testing tools such as Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, or JMeter.
- Experience developing automated tests for web applications, APIs, and backend services.
- Familiarity with CI/CD integration using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Argo.
- Strong scripting or programming experience with JavaScript or Java.
- Understanding of unit, integration, regression, and performance testing methodologies.
- Experience working in Agile environments using JIRA and Confluence.
- Preferred: master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Preferred: experience with reusable test frameworks, reporting dashboards, load and performance testing tools, web accessibility standards, and containerized test environments.
