Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define and implement technical solutions for new and existing systems using modern technologies.
- Lead the design, development, planning, integration, and support of complex software solutions.
- Perform hands-on full-stack development, optimize performance, resolve production issues, and follow up on solutions.
- Define technical service-level agreements and data-sharing strategies with vendors.
- Partner with business, support, development, and IT teams to recommend enhancements and ensure solutions meet business goals.
- Provide consultation, technical leadership, architecture guidance, and technical assessments throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain enterprise standards, guiding principles, PCI environments, SOX environments, and software engineering best practices.
- Mentor and coach others while advising on technology trends, strategic direction, and future solution needs.
- Modernize legacy services for cloud migration and develop scalable, highly available, and resilient solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or 10 years of equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in application design, development, and the software development lifecycle, including Java, Spring Boot, Apache Camel, and open-source technologies.
- At least 5 years of hands-on full-stack Java development experience.
- Experience with React and at least 3 years of hands-on experience with foundational AWS services.
- Experience with scalable, highly available, and resilient solutions and cloud modernization of legacy services.
- Experience with relational databases including MySQL and Oracle, and non-relational databases including MongoDB and DynamoDB.
- Experience with enterprise messaging technologies including IBM MQ and Solace.
- Experience with monitoring and analytics tools including CloudWatch, Dynatrace, Datadog, ELK Stack, and Google Analytics.
- Experience working in high-performing teams using continuous integration and continuous delivery practices.
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices, software packaging, version control, and software release management.
- Strong communication, initiative, collaboration, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
- Successful completion of an interview and reliable, punctual attendance are required.
- Preferred qualifications include experience designing messaging platform solutions, AWS experience, and experience with AI tools and agentic AI.
