Responsibilities
- Design, train, and improve cutting-edge search models.
- Gather high-quality retrieval datasets and optimize data pipelines.
- Work closely with the model serving team for fast and stable inference.
- Collaborate with product teams to develop innovative solutions.
- Engage in research collaborations and publish work in top-tier conferences.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch and Tensorflow.
- Familiarity with training and using various information retrieval models.
- Experience with Large Language Models in training data or evaluation.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bonus: Experience building training datasets and proficiency in C++ or Golang.
