Responsibilities
- Own security for the corporate environment, including identity, endpoints, SaaS, email, and workplace AI tools.
- Deploy and maintain scalable controls such as passkeys, device trust, conditional access, DLP, and SSPM.
- Run phishing, security awareness, and tabletop programs.
- Improve detection and response for insider risk and account takeover.
- Secure and optimize the company’s AI toolstack in collaboration with the product team.
- Support least-privilege, auditability, data classification, and data-loss reduction initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of corporate, enterprise, or endpoint security experience at a fast-growing technology company.
- Deep expertise in identity technologies including Google Workspace, Okta, Entra, SSO, SCIM, and conditional access.
- Deep expertise in MDM tools including Jamf, Kandji, and Intune, plus SaaS security posture management.
- Ability to write code in Python, Bash, or Go and manage policies as versioned, tested, deployed software.
- Strong understanding of phishing, social engineering, insider risk, and AI-related security risks.
- Pragmatic approach to security controls and user experience.
- Experience securing workplace AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor is a bonus.
- Experience managing hardware security keys is a bonus.
