Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements discovery, system analysis, effort estimation, and delivery planning with business stakeholders.
- Create and maintain high-level/external design, test strategy and plans, UAT plans, and implementation/cutover plans.
- Own development and support activities while collaborating directly with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Deliver end-to-end ETL development, testing, and production release support.
- Drive engineering standards and controls as a project quality gate to support on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Improve data models and reusable modules to enhance availability, performance, and developer productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on experience delivering solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP, including compute, storage, networking, IAM, and monitoring services.
- Strong programming skills in at least one of Python, Java, or Scala, plus solid SQL capability.
- Proven experience with modern batch and streaming data processing and reusable pipeline development.
- Experience working in Agile delivery teams with strong collaboration, stakeholder communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ownership, quality orientation, attention to detail, and customer-service mindset.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
