Responsibilities
- Create and maintain software applications, fix defects, and implement new features according to project specifications.
- Analyze project requests, refine requirements, and create technical design and application documentation.
- Configure, deploy, test, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve application performance, stability, scalability, and reliability.
- Ensure applications comply with privacy, security, and enterprise standards.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, campus IT partners, and institutional research staff to align solutions with enterprise architecture and data strategy.
- Manage customer expectations, resolve satisfaction issues, and provide customer support.
- Contribute to technology evaluation, roadmap development, process improvement, and university committee work.
