Base Salary
$180k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and own entire sections of the product, including major parts of the web application.
- Design, implement, and ship features end to end from user interfaces through APIs and infrastructure.
- Optimize and scale voice AI infrastructure to improve latency, reliability, and cost.
- Collaborate with founders and teammates to shape product direction.
- Ship to production frequently and iterate based on real user feedback.
Requirements
- Strong generalist engineering abilities with expertise in either frontend or backend development and comfort working across the stack.
- Frontend expertise with TypeScript and Next.js, including performance, user experience, and clean architecture.
- Backend experience with Go and experience building reliable, scalable systems.
- A product-minded approach and ability to weigh speed, quality, and scale tradeoffs.
