Responsibilities
- Assist in building AI agents using the Workato Agentic AI platform.
- Support development of intelligent workflows leveraging LLMs for reasoning and decision-making.
- Configure integrations between enterprise systems to enable agent-driven automation.
- Help test, validate, and optimize agent workflows for accuracy and performance.
- Monitor agent performance and assist in troubleshooting issues.
- Stay updated on advancements in AI and automation technologies.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Bachelor of Technology or Bachelor of Engineering.
- Basic understanding of APIs, REST, webhooks, and SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with JSON and data mapping concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with prompt engineering or working with LLM APIs is a plus.
- Basic scripting knowledge in JavaScript or Python is a plus.
- Understanding of automation patterns or event-driven architectures is a plus.
- Strong interest in AI agents and enterprise automation.
