Responsibilities
- Perform development and verification for flight management systems in avionics applications.
- Develop high-level and low-level requirements from system requirements.
- Analyze system-level architectural requirements and use them to design and develop software requirements.
- Provide technical analysis by reviewing artifacts.
- Develop test cases, execute test procedures, and generate test results and reports.
- Develop support utilities to reduce cycle time and enhance processes.
- Perform dry runs and RFS-related activities.
- Coordinate with the team and contribute as a team player.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software development experience, including at least 1 year of experience with flight management systems.
- Experience with flight management systems, including FMF and FUI.
- C and Python experience, with basic or intermediate C++ knowledge.
- Knowledge of DO-178B/C DAL A.
- Experience with SCA tools such as Rapita, LDRA, and VectorCast.
- Experience with requirements and code configuration tools such as DOORS and JAMA.
