Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end release process for Azure landing zone deployments.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Ansible YAML playbooks for automated deployments.
- Use Terraform configurations to manage Azure infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and optimize Python code used in deployment processes.
- Implement and maintain testing procedures for changes and deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate release processes.
- Maintain comprehensive release documentation.
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and government requirements.
- Participate in on-call rotations for production deployment support and troubleshooting.
- Establish onboarding processes for application teams and support service-request intake for automation.
Requirements
- University degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience, an advanced degree and at least 5 years of experience, or 12 years of relevant experience without a degree.
- Experience writing and troubleshooting complex Ansible YAML playbooks.
- Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
- Experience reading, troubleshooting, and improving Python code.
- Experience with Azure cloud services and architectures, particularly landing zones.
- Exposure to SAP systems and migration projects.
- Preferred experience with Azure DevOps, project management, and CI/CD.
- Preferred familiarity with AWS and GCP.
- Preferred experience with Git for version control.
- Preferred Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer, or relevant AWS/GCP certifications.
