Base Salary
$160k - $216k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, testing, implementation, documentation, and maintenance of complex enterprise applications and software architectures.
- Analyze end-user processes and translate business requirements into scalable, supportable technical solutions.
- Define application architecture, compatibility parameters, security requirements, and operational support needs.
- Integrate application software with databases and delivery subsystems, including API and file-based enterprise integrations.
- Write, compile, review, and maintain complex code while enforcing coding, documentation, and quality standards.
- Provide escalation support, root-cause analysis, and corrective or preventive actions for application and architecture issues.
- Lead and coordinate application development teams, mentor engineers, and drive execution across priorities.
- Develop training materials and user enablement resources and improve system architecture and support processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience with enterprise, business, or IT architecture frameworks.
- At least 5 years of experience developing enterprise architecture principles, reference architectures, roadmaps, design guidelines, or best practices in enterprise architecture, SOA, application integration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of Oracle PL/SQL development experience.
- At least 5 years of experience supporting Windows services with Perl Script backends.
- Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, relationship-building, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred: knowledge of Oracle administration, system refreshes, application and database troubleshooting, batch utilities, scheduled tasks, manufacturing quality systems, workforce management, time and attendance applications, and technical or operational documentation.
