Responsibilities
- Design and implement APIs and integrations between Frontline and customer systems.
- Configure or develop operator workflows using Frontline’s custom configuration language.
- Build or configure customer-facing web interfaces for customer solutions.
- Configure and deploy Frontline in customer environments, including connections to backend data.
- Work directly with customers to understand requirements, resolve issues, and troubleshoot implementations.
- Develop product features and share implementation feedback with the product team.
- Provide occasional as-needed L3 support coverage.
Requirements
- Hands-on ability with Java, Spring, React, SQL, Git, and JSON.
- Familiarity with macOS and comfort using its command line.
- Bash scripting experience is preferred.
- Docker experience, particularly for development environments, is preferred.
- Hibernate and Kubernetes experience are preferred.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and SSL is preferred.
