Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve backend applications using Java and microservices-based architectures.
- Define and implement highly available, scalable, high-performance, observable, and stable technical solutions.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams throughout the software development lifecycle, from conception through solution maintenance.
- Lead technical discussions, support professionals at different seniority levels, and contribute to the technical development of the team.
- Drive architectural evolution, code quality, continuous improvement, and delivery-process automation.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to technical roadmap planning.
Requirements
- Completed undergraduate degree.
- Solid experience in Java backend development, microservices architectures, corporate system integrations, APIs, and distributed services.
- Knowledge of cloud computing using Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, including architecture, development, security, and scalability practices.
- Experience implementing highly available, high-performance, observable, and stable applications.
- Experience identifying and leading continuous-improvement initiatives involving architecture, code quality, and delivery automation.
- Experience providing technical leadership to multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary squads across the full software development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, ceremonies, planning, and technology-roadmap development.
- Experience with API-oriented architecture, event-oriented architecture, and distributed environments is a differentiator.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps, automated testing, and observability is a differentiator.
- Cloud certifications and experience leading technical discussions, defining architecture, and making strategic decisions are differentiators.
