Base Salary
$239k - $263k/yr
Responsibilities
- Audit current cloud security posture and IAM architecture across AWS.
- Assess AI-assisted development tooling for security risks and develop a governance framework.
- Design and implement AI-driven tools for security monitoring and incident response.
- Develop policies to protect AI tools from misuse and external threats.
- Deliver IAM solutions that enforce least privilege principles.
- Own the security strategy for AI-enabled development and cloud infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with regulations like HIPAA for new services and infrastructure.
- Mentor team members and educate the organization on security tools and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in cybersecurity, with 3+ years in security operations or IAM.
- 5+ years of experience in cloud security operations, specifically AWS.
- 3+ years of coding experience in languages like Python, Go, or TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience securing AI/ML systems and their security challenges.
