Base Salary
$165k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship full-stack features used daily by thousands of users.
- Build scalable systems and data-processing pipelines that derive insights from terabytes of audio data.
- Build, deploy, and evaluate LLM- and DSP-based solutions for customer understanding of audio datasets.
- Work with researchers and the Operations team to rapidly deploy interfaces for collecting new data.
- Evaluate and apply emerging technologies and frameworks across software engineering, data engineering, machine learning, and signal processing.
- Deliver intuitive, polished, production-grade products and engineering solutions that create customer value.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of full-stack engineering experience.
- Strong full-stack web-development fundamentals, including rapid prototyping and building systems that scale to many users.
- A proven record of delivering customer-impacting engineering solutions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with detail-oriented execution.
- A focus on building intuitive, polished user experiences.
- AI/ML or audio experience is not required, but enthusiasm for learning is expected.
