Responsibilities
- Design and build enterprise AI-powered solutions, Copilot agents, custom workflows, proof-of-concepts, pilots, and reusable accelerators.
- Analyze professional services delivery processes and develop AI and automation solutions for manual or high-friction tasks.
- Improve project documentation, requirements gathering, testing, reporting, statements of work, and project management through AI integrations.
- Evaluate emerging AI models, LLMs, and retrieval-based solutions and recommend practical adoption strategies.
- Integrate generative AI and AI-assisted development tools into professional services workflows.
- Document AI solution architectures, design patterns, enterprise best practices, and internal AI knowledge repositories.
- Educate and mentor consultants and project teams on prompt engineering and effective AI tool usage.
- Deliver demonstrations, workshops, and enablement sessions on practical AI use cases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in software development, consulting, automation, or technical delivery.
- Hands-on experience building, configuring, or deploying AI solutions using technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, large language models, or prompt engineering.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, or equivalent enterprise workflow automation tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience building chatbots, Copilot agents, or custom LLM-powered applications with Microsoft Copilot Studio or Azure AI.
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and REST services for connecting AI models to enterprise software.
- Experience with SQL, data manipulation, and structured or unstructured data processing for AI pipelines.
- Prior experience in Professional Services environments or enterprise software implementation is preferred.
- Demonstrated success collaborating across global teams is preferred.
