Base Salary

$81k - $120k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement full stack solutions for evolving business needs.
  • Integrate AI/ML models and services into applications in partnership with AI/ML engineering.
  • Translate stakeholder business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Apply development, testing, maintainability, secure coding, and PHI/data privacy standards across the application stack.
  • Use modern development tools, including AI-assisted technologies, throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Work on multiple deadline-driven projects while meeting service level agreements and technical and business requirements.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex production issues, participate in incident response, and contribute to root cause analysis.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing and help prepare training materials for new solutions.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to nontechnical staff.
  • Mentor team members through pairing, feedback, and technical guidance.

Requirements

  • Five years of professional software development experience with a record of delivering production systems end-to-end.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in multiple programming languages and deep experience with cloud platforms.
  • Strong understanding of API design, database optimization, and system architecture.
  • Experience with containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Working knowledge of secure coding practices, common application security vulnerabilities, and HIPAA/PHI handling requirements in software development.
  • Strong problem-solving, verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance.
