Base Salary
$81k - $120k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement full stack solutions for evolving business needs.
- Integrate AI/ML models and services into applications in partnership with AI/ML engineering.
- Translate stakeholder business requirements into technical specifications.
- Apply development, testing, maintainability, secure coding, and PHI/data privacy standards across the application stack.
- Use modern development tools, including AI-assisted technologies, throughout the development lifecycle.
- Work on multiple deadline-driven projects while meeting service level agreements and technical and business requirements.
- Diagnose and resolve complex production issues, participate in incident response, and contribute to root cause analysis.
- Participate in user acceptance testing and help prepare training materials for new solutions.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to nontechnical staff.
- Mentor team members through pairing, feedback, and technical guidance.
Requirements
- Five years of professional software development experience with a record of delivering production systems end-to-end.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in multiple programming languages and deep experience with cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of API design, database optimization, and system architecture.
- Experience with containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
- Working knowledge of secure coding practices, common application security vulnerabilities, and HIPAA/PHI handling requirements in software development.
- Strong problem-solving, verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and insurance.
