Base Salary
$180k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build production ML deployment, monitoring, and observability pipelines across programs.
- Own shared infrastructure that enables teams to ship, monitor, and improve models reliably.
- Absorb and develop the data pipeline scope originally planned as a separate hire.
- Partner with the Signals ML/CV Engineer on ICM 2.0 production infrastructure.
- Partner with K7 ML engineers on autonomy model deployment.
- Establish MLOps standards and SDLC practices through the Center of Engineering Excellence.
- Support multiple product teams through shared infrastructure.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in ML infrastructure or MLOps engineering.
- Strong experience productionizing models at scale.
- Experience with model monitoring, drift detection, and observability.
- Experience with data pipeline engineering.
- Ability to support multiple product teams through shared infrastructure.
- Robotics or autonomy model deployment experience is preferred.
- Computer vision model production experience is preferred.
- Prior experience standing up an MLOps function from scratch is preferred.
