Base Salary
$143k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and sustain secure DevSecOps pipelines and automation in air-gapped and on-premises environments.
- Architect and maintain Infrastructure as Code and Configuration as Code solutions for repeatable provisioning, configuration, and deployment.
- Establish secure container build, storage, transfer, and deployment processes for isolated networks and restricted-access systems.
- Provide technical leadership for integration, deployment, and test environments through standardization, access control, and baseline management.
- Troubleshoot complex platform, application, infrastructure, and security issues across development, integration, test, and deployment boundaries.
- Lead automated testing, monitoring, and validation capabilities to improve reliability, traceability, and mission readiness.
- Use metrics and root cause analysis to improve DevSecOps tools, processes, and system performance.
- Guide vulnerability remediation and compliance-control implementation within secure disconnected enterprise environments.
- Engage stakeholders and partner with engineering, cybersecurity, operations, leadership, and customers to gather requirements and drive adoption.
- Own DevSecOps product planning and execution, including roadmap execution, backlog prioritization, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
Requirements
- Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.
- At least 5 years of related experience for level 4 or 10 years for level 5 is required.
- Experience leading software teams or projects is required.
- Experience with Agile development processes and DevOps or DevSecOps is required.
- Experience with CI/CD using code-versioning, build, and test-automation tools is required.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science is preferred.
- Preferred experience includes test automation; Docker and Kubernetes deployment and administration in air-gapped environments; AWS container platforms; and the GitLab ecosystem.
- Security+ or an equivalent certification and proficiency with software development languages, tools, and techniques are preferred.
- Candidates must be willing and able to relocate at their own expense if not within commuting distance of a listed location.
- Candidates must satisfy Boeing's conflict-of-interest assessment and U.S. export-control requirements.
