Base Salary
$180k - $205k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, multi-system AI programs.
- Own CTO and Chief Architect relationships.
- Set engineering and evaluation standards.
- Lead multi-team engineering programs.
- Develop senior engineers and leaders.
- Drive external technical thought leadership.
- Identify and support AI-enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness.
- Collaborate across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI-driven solutions.
- Apply responsible AI principles including ethics, privacy, security, and governance.
Requirements
- 9–12 years of experience in enterprise software or AI architecture.
- Expertise in agentic AI, LLMs, and governed deployment.
- Experience leading multi-team engineering programs.
- A track record of talent development.
- External technical presence.
- Strong understanding of core AI and generative AI concepts and their application to enterprise transformation.
- Experience working in AI-augmented ways to support research, analysis, and solution development.
- Ability to collaborate across strategy, technology, data, and design.
- Curiosity and continuous learning around emerging AI capabilities and practical client application.
